My daughter had her braces fitted here, she had them removed today and had some composite bonding done on a small chip. Her teeth look amazing. She was made to feel very comfortable during every appointment. Staff are friendly and welcoming. Altogether great service.

Great experience today. Have been going here for a couple of years now and today was the first time I had any treatment beyond a normal routine apt. Treatment and care I was shown was exceptional. Warm welcome on arrival and appointment itself was great, no troubles.Having a filling done I was a little apprehensive however I needn’t have been. I was talked through the whole thing and was asked at every available opportunity whether I was okay.Would definitely recommend HOD for anyone looking for dental treatment in a high quality environment where you’re really looked after.

Ajay did my filling today which is never a nice experience. He put me at ease and carried out the task as swiftly as possible. It was pain free, much to my delight. The receptionists are always friendly and a great help also. Excellent services all round.

Iv got to say I was very impressed with the service and price of my appointment. The man took his time to explain and was very patient with me as he could see was anxious. He made it as comfortable as possible for me and didn't have to wait long. I have already recommended this place to my mom,sister and partner.

Saw Hannah the hygienist today - I suffer from really sensitive teeth so I always dread going - Hannah was amazing, really professional, understanding and I felt that she cared about giving me the best experience she could. She also gave me some really great advice to move forward with. I highly recommend Hannah if you want that personal touch! This is House of Dental Hinckley

I attended for a check up today and as my previous dentist had left the practice, I was seeing a new dentist. The receptionist made me feel welcome and despite my nerves I had a nice welcome from Lucy the dentist. She was very nice and explained everything she was doing throughout my check up. The room was lovely and the x ray results were immediately displayed on a large screen for me to see as well as staff.Thank you.

My daughter has had a great experience from the beginning of her treatments having braces. She had them removed today and her teeth look amazing! Dr Famah was very informative and professional and Alex was so friendly and made my daughter feel so at ease at every appointment. Aneeka the hygienist was also lovely and was so friendly and informative. I would recommend House of Dental!

I'm turning 50 this year, but I haven't been to a dentist in 8 years, because I didn't know exactly how to do it, to be registered with a dentist, I didn't even care about myself. The first time was the needs of my loved ones in my family. Now it's time to take care of myself before it's too late.The first experience, following today's appointment, was waw! The very kind receptionist, but the one who will start my work, Aneekha Dhaliwal - Therapist, is extraordinary, as is her assistant.I am so excited to have taken this step, which is very important for me and my health! I can't wait to continue and complete this work!

Can not recommend House Of Dental highly enough! Having moved my 3 kids from another practice due to them having a very much ‘in and out, bare minimum’ attitude, House of Dental always go above and beyond even with NHS patients. The staff are amazing and the service offered is second to none! So happy I made the change to come here.

Can highly recommend house of dental especially Dr Manraaj Multani who I was seen by as a private patient as I required dentures. The dentures I had made on the nhs did not fit properly and I could not get on with them. My new dentures although were expensive are definitely worth the money. Dr Muitani was very attentive and explained every stage of treatment to me. I am extremely pleased with the service.

Had my app today, put it off for a while as anxiety with dental but. The man dentist was lovely so was his assistant. Made the whole experience really welcoming and did a thourough and excellent job with my teeth. Highly reccomendable, lovely service all round. There's always an excellent level of care and attention at House of Dental. I've been with them over 5 years now, maybe longer. Very professional, it's obvious that they care about their patients and take pride in their business. Everyone is always switched on and friendly - and my Dr (Dr Grewal) is superb and always gives me the feeling that I'm in safe hands. I would highly recommend this surgery to anyone in the area!

Had checkup and braces fitted with them and this time I had been requested to go in for a emergency appointment by the hospital. This team throws out all the stops. The house of dental has changed a lot since I was a patient, it seems so much more glamorous and luxury! Evie was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful when I was retrieving some scans to get a replacement retainer privately. Great experience! Yesterday was my first time going to House of Dental and it was incredible. I only had a general check-up but from the moment you walk in, to walking out it is very "posh" looking and clean and tidy. The part that amazed me the most was the TV Screen above you as the Dentist is working as it distracts you. Sean was great and explained everything slowly and in detail even gave me some tips about brushing I didn't know where needed. Only slight downside was parking for me, I was able to find a spot relatively close by but was just in a residential area. Looking forward to going back in 6 months!

I went to house of dental after my brother recommended them to me. I’ve only had one appointment so far and my hygienist appointment later this week. Dr Nabeel Ahmad and the assistants with him were so friendly and helpful, I haven’t been to a dentist in 2 years due to not finding anywhere accepting NHS patients but also as the last dentist I was at weren’t the nicest and put me off. He was really welcoming and reassured me that I was in safe hands, my boyfriend also came with me for support and honestly I couldn’t recommend anyone better. He took X-rays as well as doing a full chop, with less than 5 minutes wait time and the appointment was quick but very thorough and I didn’t feel rushed at all. I couldn’t recommend them any more, they were brilliant!

Recently taken my daughter here and the staff are amazing and they really care . They was tough on her for a good course to help her teeth hygiene and she listened stopped eating sweets she cut down on sweet snacks . Highly recommend this place 10/10 receptionist is friendly

I don’t write reviews, ever, but I couldn’t recommend this practice enough. I needed an emergency appointment as an nhs patient - I called at 8:30 and was seen at 10:05 the same morning. I was so anxious from previous negligence at another dentist but the staff were very welcoming and friendly. The dentist I saw was amazing, he gave me options and explained them clearly. He gave me the choice and helped me understand the different outcomes - I didn’t realise how much feeling like you are in control can help with nerves! I don’t remember the dentist name as I was in pain and extremely emotional but thank you for helping me feel comfortable and less scared!

After having a huge fear for dentists I was recommended by a friend to try house of dental.I'm so glad I did !Friendly staff from Start to finish everything was explained well 👌I went for my tooth extraction today and I was extremely nervous to the point of wanting to be sick, my dentist reassured me everything would be fine and made sure I was as comfortable as could be before starting within I'd say 5 minutes it was done!Full aftercare advice tooHighly recommend this surgery 10 out of 10!Thabk you for making what I thought would be a traumatic experience simple and easy

I signed up with House of dental back in February after several years without any dental checkups or treatment, mainly due to a previous experience elsewhere, which left me anxious and nervous about visiting the dentist. The staff here are fantastic. They make me feel relaxed and explain exactly what process is going to be carried out. They advise on practical solutions without pressure and offer the most cost effective practices without detrimental effect to my dental hygiene. The girls at the front of house are polite and greet you with a smile as well as being most helpful. Highly recommend this establishment and no longer fear visiting the dentist. Very happy customer.

Great treatment and replacement crown fits like a glove. All the staff are friendly and very professional.Another visit to the dentist for the usual check-up.The team had obviously read my medical history along with the medication updates and centred the appointment around how I was coping with my diagnosis. I was offered appropriate advice and what to look out for going forward. Excellent service and treatment all round.

Full check up today and two x-rays taken. A highly professional and friendly dentist, who remembers me which is a lovely touch. I have been anxious about visiting other dental practices in the past, but since switching to House of Dental, I have felt so much happier and at ease. I have had a lot of Dental work done by house of dental. I find the practice very professional. From the front desk to the dentists and hygienists. I have been treated by Dr R farmah who was very good when I had root canals and a couple of crowns fitted. Also had regular check ups with another dentist. (Unsure of her name) but also very good . Happy to be a patient at House of Dental. A great team.

Dr Aneekha was friendly and professional and took great care in doing my scale and polish today. She made recommendations on how I could improve my gym health and what toothbrush suited me best, with braces. She made me feel comfortable and also gave me useful tips on the do’s and don’ts with things like mouthwash, and brushing etc. I usually go to my home practice for a scale and polish/routine check ups but Dr Aneekha was definitely much more gentle than what I am used to, so I will be sticking here. Thank you!

Not having visited the House of Dental since it was all refurbished, I was pleasantly surprised in the difference. The young lady who i saw, Tia, was very understanding and explained to me the procedure. She put some numbing cream around the gum, kept checking that i couldn't feel a thing, still talking and keeping me calm, next thing she had got a Wisdom tooth out. I honestly never felt a thing. I have some more treatment to come and am feeling much better about the next visit to the Dentist. My husband has yet to go. I would highly recommend the House of Dental.

My daughter needed an urgent dental appointment earlier today as she was in a lot of pain the night before, I called the practice and the receptionist was very helpful and friendly and managed to secure me an appointment the same day!My daughter attended and staff made her feel welcomed and comfortable prior to her seeing the dentist as she was very nervous. When taken in to dentist Meher Grewal, she was very good at explaining to my daughter what was happening and managed to find the root of the problem and fix it the same day which was very impressive as I was worried we would have to come back againI highly recommend this practice to anyone looking to find a good dentist in the area

I recently attended a session with Hannah Parker who is an hygienist. I have to say that it was the most professional and thorough hygiene session I have ever attended. Hannah was very professional throughout and I would like to thank her for her time, care, treatment and advice. I know dental charges seem high for some people, but I felt the session very much represented value for money.

I am a very nervous patient with a phobia of dentists and general anxiety disorder on top and with previous dental treatment I have had IV sedation. I saw that House of Dental offered this service so I called through to discuss my tooth pain and request an emergency appointment. I spoke with the receptionist Michelle who made me feel at ease right away and advised I see the dentist, have a chat and then decide on how to proceed with treatment.I then had my appointment with dentist, Laura and walked into the room crying and shaking. I was treated with dignity, respect and kindness. Laura advised my tooth needed extracting - we did discuss IV sedation but with Laura’s support, I decided to go ahead with just the local anaesthetic.Laura was supported by a wonderful dental nurse who put the TV on for me and gave me options of what to watch (and ran around looking for a tool Laura had requested 😆)The treatment I received was honestly the best I have experienced - Laura took is slow, checked in with me often and guided me through the whole thing with patience.Thank you so much, I am truly grateful and will definitely be returning!

The reception staff are always friendly and helpful and my dentist Lucy always takes the time to explain what needs doing and why and chats to me and puts me at ease. What a team Lucy and my favourite singing dental nurse are! They are also really good with my teenage daughter. Professional, friendly and totally understanding of my fear and anxiety.

I am so happy with the high level of care shown to my daughter by Orthodontic Therapist, Shauna, at House of Dental in West Heath. My daughter was quite anxious about having braces fitted, but Shauna immediately put her at ease. We have visited Shauna twice now and on both occasions Shauna has been friendly, helpful and also very knowledgable, explaining everything clearly and answering any questions thoroughly. My daughter now feels confident about the whole process and is no longer worried about upcoming appointments. I would just like to add that all the staff are friendly and approachable, from the receptionists through to the dental assistants. This is especially true for the dental assistant working with Shauna on the past two visits we've had. Overall, a brilliant service and very happy daughter. Many thanks!

I’m a nervous patient and Dr Aslam really put me at ease. You can tell he puts all his patients first, such a caring and warm natured man. Calm, friendly & patient. Special mention to Michelle (receptionist), always welcoming, friendly, smiling and helpful. I would have given 5* however Dr Aslam is leaving & I’m devastated, can’t remember the other female dentist who was also brilliant but left also

This is undoubtedly one of the best dental practices I have ever attended. In fact the best I would say. My mother is 97 years and a bit forgetful she is a patient at this practice. She is treated with dignity and patience as well as skilfully and professionally. She broke a tooth recently and was very worried about how she looked and about going for treatment. It may have taken a bit longer to sort but the end result is perfect! Thank you all the staff. ❤️

Dr Aslam and his assistants Tracy and the receptionist Shell were very helpful in taking care of us for every appointment. Moreover, for my mums appointment, he physically demonstrated how she should floss and take care of her teeth which other dentists just skipped over; he also gave fantastic advice on the best way to maximise her dental care at home to help prevent future problems. Overall, I would recommend anyone who needs a check up on their fangs to go visit House of Dental, their warm reception and dental expertise ensure you receive the best service a dental care can offer and Dr Aslam is the most caring and honest dentist we've ever been to. I'll be bringing all of my family and friends to you!

Aneekha - the Dental Therapist was very professional and patient with the patients. I am currently doing work experience and I found she was very engaging with the patient and always put them first. It was the first time I saw someone take out the time to show individuals how to clean their teeth correctly. This is the best treatment I have ever saw at any dentist.

With all the bad news about dentist I can only say that House of Dental are first class, from the moment you walk in to reception you are greeted with a smile, I had to have a RCT,Lucy and her team were very carrying and professional the treatment was very involved, and Lucy managed to save my crown, which saved me money.Thank you all for your care hope to see you on my next visitKind regardsKeith Lewis

Seen lucy today 17/04/2023 and she was just lovely and caring. I have many issues with my teeth amd she spent time explaining everything, listening to my worries and helped me with my anxiety over many things l have been stressing about. I would definately recomend her.

Great place, my mom is disabled and has a brain injury all the team are very patient, understanding with herOnly issue they have four parking spaces and not one disabled space out the front not easy parking over the road and walking over the road, something that needs tobe addressed asap

Had a really nasty tooth infection and needed it out. I’m very nervous but can not fault this place for looking after me. Staff were lovely and even called me as soon as they had a cancellation. Dentist was amazing, dental nurse even let me hold her hand. Extraction done and sorted, no drama! Thank you!

I can't recommend Dr Dhunna enough. After a bad experience with a previous dentist few months back, Dr Dhunna reassured me when I was anxious, has been extremely patient and kept his word on my treatments. He has regained my trust in dentists and I can't thank him enough for putting my mind at ease! 10/10 service.

Just like to thank Dr. Uzair Janjua for the excellent level of treatment which my wife Valerie has received whilst undergoing root canal treatment and a crown. His high standard of work and friendly approach has resulted in saving a tooth which otherwise would have had to be extracted.

1st visit to my new dentist after the retirement of Mr Barsby and to be honest I am confident in the new set up. Asked a few questions and recieved the right answers, so here's to a new start. Just wish they answered the phones at 8am and returned calls when leaving a message. Early days.

Having had poor experiences at previous dentists, I was anxious about trying yet another. However all of the team at House of Dental are so welcoming and kind, they put me at ease immediately. I especially like the fact that the dentist remembers the last visit and things we'd talked about concerning dental care. This small detail makes a huge difference, and a feeling that the staff really care about you and the service they offer. Highly recommend.

Dueto an unexpected incident, I was forced at the last minute to try and rearrange my appointment. The staff were understanding and very helpful. I got a new appointment just a few hours later. The check up was thorough. As a pensioner on a fixed income, I was pleased the dentist didn't try and talk me into the added cost of a hygienist clean. Both the dentist and the assistant wore surgical face masks and, on my way out, I saw the assistant clean my seat and areas I might have touched in line with their covid-19 policies.

I had to book an appointment and knew I would need a filling in my wisdom tooth. Not a pleasant experience but the Dentist was very good and explained the options and cost and then completed the necessary work. It didn't take too long, the Dentist was very good and the staff were all friendly and helpful too.

Today I had an appointment with the hygienist. As usual I was greeted with a smile and friendly welcome. I had an intensive clean which took quite a while, but both the hygienist and her assistant made sure I was comfortable all the time. Again it was a very pleasant experience ( I never thought I would ever say that about a visit to the dentist).The receptionist was very friendly, efficient and helpful too. Had broken tooth, rang dentist and got me in next day! Had white filling, £189! Not sure why white fillings so expensive or why not on NHS or part of the cost is any way?Great job done again though. After a conspicuously long absence from the dentist, the team at House of Dental couldn’t have been more welcoming. All practice staff we dealt with were excellent, effective communicators and made sure we fully understood what was happening at any given point. First visit today after registering with the practice. By far the best dentist I have ever been to. The staff are brilliant, from the receptionist that checked me in and got me all set up on the system, to the dentist himself who was very clear in explaining everything to me throughout the whole checkup. Could not fault the place and would recommend to anyone. Great work from everyone involved there.

Hands down the best dental experience I've ever had - The service and treatment here is second to none. No request is ever too much for the team. It was my first time at house of dental today as a new patient, I was very impressed with all the staff and the lovely welcome I received. Not a great fan of dentist but I was put at ease throughout the appointment. Dr Ali was very thorough with check up and gave me all the treatment options that were needed. Definitely recommend.

Normally hate the dentist. Avoided it for so long but after my 1st appointment with Dr Ali and Hollie it all changed. Its not like other dentists where its just quickly in and out. Here they took the time to give me advice and had my best interests in mind. No longer scared to go to my appointments 😁 Hollie instantly made me feel comfortable as I walked in the room. Talking to me and making the whole experience feel less daunting. Dr Ali was very friendly and explained everything I needed to know and gave me advice for the future. I cant remember her name but my hygienist was very friendly and was great with my nephew who was with me. I will continue to book in with Dr Ali and Hollie for all future dental needs. Would highly recommend House of Dental without a doubt!

Unfortunately I am mature in age and always been very nervous when visiting dentists.On visits to this dentist, I have always been treated with so much concern and while I continue to worry,they have done everything in their power to assist me.My last visit entailed losing two teeth,which I was just dreading.Not saying a pleasent experience,but no one could have done any more to alleviate my discomfort.The dentist manager when my treatment completed even made sure I was fine,walked to my home with me,to make sure I was fine.This to me was way over this ladies job description,but just shows the concern and help these people have to their clients.

Had a filling fall out, phoned dentist for a emergency appointment and they were great, the receptionist was so helpful and got me an appointment 2days time. The dentist who I think is leaving was superb and replaced the filling and had I had my check up same time which was due two weeks from then. We have used this practice for 20 years but must say the new owners are much more plesent, staff also.Thank you so much for your fast honest repair.Doug JonesB31

Had the pleasure of being treated by Aneekha Dhaliwal for whitening, she was quick, efficient and helped calm my nerves as the process was very new to me. She made an excellent recommendation to me for a new electric toothbrush which i love! Very excited to start my composite bonding treatment with her in the upcoming months!Highly recommend!

My family have been patients at Addisons for quite a few years and always pleased. When changes happen you always worry it will be different and not as before. Well, it is different but in a very positive way. The dental team have been great so far. A special mention for Priya who took me through a difficult problem (for me) and was always clear about the next steps. I found her manner to be just what I needed - empathetic, patient, considerate and always keeping me informed. I have no worries about continuing as a patient here. I look forward to the modernisation and hopefully the same level of care I have had so far.

Receptionist, dentist and nurse were exceptional! Had an emergency appointment the following day and had my wisdom tooth removed two days after, they even called me up to come in early that day! Dentist was absolutely lovely and put me at ease and I couldn't believe how quick the procedure was, couldn't recommend more :)

I visited this practice as a new patient yesterday, and I was highly impressed with the consultation I had with Dr Faizan Ali and his assistant Holly.I received some really helpful tooth and gum care knowledge and advice..honest and informative.In addition to this, I am very happy with the work I had done yesterday, and i am looking forward to my next visit in the new year....100 per cent recommend!

Brilliant Dentist! Couldn't pick any faults at all. All very friendly and welcoming and my dentist Amir is the best I have ever been to as well as Holly the dental nurse.Amir and Holly are both so friendly and make you feel at ease. They are more than just professionals within there profession. They are an absolute credit to the business and I couldn't rate them enough.Genuinely look forward to going as they create a family feel environment. 5 stars is an under rating. I would rate higher if I could!

Saw Dr Farmah after I had pain in some of my teeth. He did a really thorough check up after asking me exactly what I was feeling. Really professional, comforting and he got to the bottom of the problem! The staff are all super friendly. I was also relieved to see they were taking all the Covid precautions. My temperature was checked on the way in and numbers were limited inside too. Overall a great experience and I'll be back for sure.

I have had my orthodontics treatment for near enough 3 years at addisons, I have had my brace removed this week and the results were remarkable. I am very happy with the outcome,the care and time that was given to me during the treatment was outstanding this is why I have achieved the end results I would highly recommend Addisons. I attended 2 weeks ago with my elderly father who was in pain. Despite not been registered at the practice, he was offered an appointment within 48 hours of calling. The staff were all extremely friendly and I would definitely recommend this practice to my family and friends.Thank you to everyone who helped take care of my father and get him out of pain, from the helpful reception team to the lovely nurse and dentist. 5 stars.
